Sandy Lee Vint , age 65, of Circleville, WV, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at home, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 1, 1957, in Harrisonburg, VA, the daughter of Cornelia Etta (Hartman) Teter of Franklin, WV and the late Jacob Mitchell "Jake" Teter (9-18-2017). In 1975, Sandy married Joe Eddie Vint, who survives in Circleville.

Sandy attended School in Franklin and she attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Sandy was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Sandy leaves behind to cherish her memory: a daughter, Wendy Vint (Steve) of Circleville, WV; a son, Gary Vint of Circleville, WV; 3 grandchildren, Bethany, Zachary, Aaron Vint; 3 sisters, Sue Bockey of Strasburg, VA, Judy (Teter) Harrison (Jeff) of Newberry, SC, Jackie Sisson of Arbovale, WV; and her furry friend, "Spot". In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, William "Timmy" Teter and James Kennedy "Nick" Teter; and a nephew, Wesley Teter.

Sandy's family will receive friends on Thursday, May 4, 2023, 12-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Bishop David Hartman officiating. Interment will be in the Joe Vint Family Cemetery, Circleville, WV.
