Shirley Lee (Judy) Innes , age 88, of Erie, PA, formerly of Sugar Grove, WV, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, at Sarah Reed Community Hospital in Erie, PA. She was born on July 28, 1932, in Cumberland, MD, the daughter of the late Boyd and Carrrie Judy. Shirley married John James Innes, who preceded her in death on March 8, 1994.

Mrs. Innes was a 1950 graduate of Franklin High School and was a member of the Franklin Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #138. She was a homemaker and was the former owner of Innes Poultry of Sugar Grove.

Mrs. Innes is survived by: 2 sons, JB Innes (Ellen) of Erie, PA, William Innes (Angeles) of Yokosuka, Japan; sister, Billie Zinaich (Sam) of Siler City, NC; nephew, Sam Zinaich, Jr; and 3 grandchildren, Isabel, Katherine, and Will.

Mrs. Innes' family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 12-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services and an OES Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating, and OES #138.
