Sue Carol Hinkle , age 75, of Riverton, WV, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV. She was born on April 30, 1944, in Riverton, WV, the daughter of the late Kenny D. and Pauline (Burns) Bennett. On March 20, 1964, Sue married Mason V. Hinkle, who survives in Riverton.

Mrs. Hinkle attended Circleville High School. She was a member of the North Fork Baptist Church. Sue had worked at Connie's Sportswear for 8 years, Hanover Shoe, and Advantage Foods.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Hinkle is survived by: a daughter, Donna S. Kisamore (Mark) of Riverton, WV; 5 sisters, Leona Conrad of Cumberland, MD, Mae Fisher of The Colony, TX, Mary Simpson of Franklin, WV, Eva Kelley of Cumberland, MD, Wilma Crouse of Elkins, WV; 2 brothers, James Bennett of Riverton, WV, Kenny "Buck" Bennett, Jr. of Riverton, WV; 3 grandchildren, Joshua D. Simmons (Amanda), Holly Kisamore, Salena Warner; and 3 great-grandchildren, Aubree, Mason, and Gwendolyn.

Mrs. Hinkle's family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, 6-8 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mark McCallister officiating. Interment will be in the North Fork Memorial Cemetery, Riverton, WV. Memorials may be made to Grant Hospice.
