Theodore Clinton Zarvis , age 84, of Franklin, WV, formerly of Circleville, WV, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the Pendleton Manor in Franklin. He was born on February 6, 1938, in Atlaburg, PA, the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Bell) Zarvis.

Mr. Zarvis had worked as a welder.

Theodore is survived by 2 sons, Paul Mabbot (Robbie) of South Carolina and Phillip Mabbot of Texas.
