Timothy Dyer Frame, age 59, a resident of the Potomac Highland Guild in Petersburg and formerly of Mt. Storm, WV passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the Grant Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Elyria, OH, on May 28, 1966, the son of the late Camden Dyer Frame and Sandra Ann Cosner (Eddie) of Mt. Storm, WV.

Tim attended Union Educational Complex and was a member of the Mt. Storm Presbyterian Church.   He was employed at Shop-N-Save in Petersburg where he enjoyed meeting people and helping them bag up their purchases.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Tim leaves behind to cherish his memory: a brother, Matthew Frame (Tammy) of Mt. Storm, WV; a sister, Kim Conrad (Tony); of Burnsville, WV; step-brother Philip Cosner of Grafton, WV; a step-sister, Patricia Cosner of Mt. Storm, WV; 3 nieces, Brittany Duelly (Adrien); Katie Hehl (Jake); Cambria Frame; 2 nephews, Anthony "Tony" Conrad II; Matthew D "MJ" Frame Jr; 2 great- nephews; and 3 great- nieces.   In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Camden D Frame, Jr.

Tim's family will receive friends on Sunday, November 2, 2025, 2-6 PM, at the Basagic Funeral Home, Petersburg, WV.  A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with longtime friend and teacher, Coach Paul Pacella officiating.  Interment will be at the Idleman Cemetery, Mt.
