Trisha Ann McCurdy, age 62, of Petersburg, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at her home.  She was born on November 27, 1963 in Oakland, MD, the daughter of the late Leroy and Barbara Louise (Strawser) Guthrie.

Trisha received her GED in Maryland.  She was a wild soul, loving mother, and truly good person who cared deeply for all her kids.   Her energy and love touched everyone around her and she always put family first.

Trisha is survived by: a son, Jeff McCurdy (Loretta Crow) of Shinnston, WV; a daughter, Felicity Ahlfeld, of Frederick, MD; her boyfriend, John Stevens of Petersburg, WV; a sister, Brenda Bittinger (Dave) of Bittinger, MD; 3 brothers, William Guthrie (Diana) of Oakland, MD; Charles Guthrie (Kathy) of Elyria, OH; Benjamin Guthrie (Rhonda) of Chardon, OH;  and 5 Grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Joseph McCurdy; a daughter, Chelsey McCurdy; an infant sister, Kimberly Star Guthrie; a brother, Junior Guthrie and sister- in- law, Glenda Guthrie.
