Vernon Willard Penn, Jr., age 79, of Arthur, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born on October 11, 1941 in Swedesboro, NJ the son of the late Vernon Willard Penn, Sr. and Edith Chamberlain. Mr. Penn is survived by his wife, Mary Belle (Sanders) Penn who resides in Arthur, WV.

Graveside services will be on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 2PM at the South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens in Petersburg, WV with Rev. Larry Hakes officiating.
